L’utilizzo della luce blu ne=

acting di vegetoterapia carattero-analitica
relativi all’intrauterino

Nell’ultimo periodo=
delle
sua vita il Prof. Navarro, insieme con i suoi collaboratori dell’IFeN,
aveva riscontrato la necessità di esplorare più compiutamente
l’aspetto energetico (orgonico secondo Reich). In tal senso ha la sua
logica la pubblicazione dell’ultimo libro di Federico “Orgonomia
clinica”. Inoltre Navarro aveva elaborato la necessità di
approfondire all’interno della metodologia della Vegetoterapia
carattero-analitica il tema del vissuto intrauterino su basi cliniche e
fisiologiche stabili. Tutti i vegetoterapeuti, gli orgonomisti che utilizza=
no questa
metodologia sanno che i primissimi actings si riferiscono al vissuto
intrauterino del paziente. Tuttavia è difficile verificare la reale
efficacia degli actings poiché, essendo riferiti ad un vissuto di cu=
i il
paziente non serba memoria né sono collegabili alla muscolarit&agrav=
e;, non
danno luogo ad abreazioni significative. In genere si verifica o una sensaz=
ione
di piacevole rilassamento o di forte disagio.
In merito a queste due
problematiche cioè: lo sviluppo e la comprensione nonché
l’utilizzazione della energia all’interno e come complemento de=
lla
metodologia, e lo sviluppo di qualche acting correlato al periodo embrionar=
io e
fetale, Federico, insieme ai colleghi dell’IFeN, ha impostato e messo=
a
punto una ricerca che attualmente l’IFeN sta portando avanti.
Ricordiamo - prima di pro=
seguire
- che l’IFeN ha struttu=
rato
una metodologia fondata sull’utilizzo di una diagnostica energetica.
Questa consente di disporre di strumenti più efficaci di verifica e =
di
monitoraggio costante nel corso della terapia, che affiancano ed integrano<=
span

diagnostici strumentali quali: DEPT (diagnosi energetica dei punti
terminali), bilancio energetico diagnostico, psico earing test, test del
bilancio vegetativo. Tale pre=

ci consente di porre alcune considerazioni preliminari che diano sostanza
scientifica a ciò che l’IFeN ha elaborato e sta tuttora
elaborando. =
Considerazioni prelimi=
nari
Tutti gli actings della
Vegetoterapia carattero-analitica, tranne quelli riferiti alla fase
intrauterina, vanno agiti ad occhi aperti. La luce attiva il muscolo ciliar=
e,
la cui funzione è quella di modificare la curvatura del cristallino
determinandone la lunghezza focale.
E’ stato scoperto u=
n nuovo
fotorecettore che regola gli effetti biologici, non visuali, della l=
uce
sul corpo. Il nuovo fotorecettore sembra anche essere completamente
indipendente da quelli usati per la vista. Si tratta di un terzo gruppo di
fotorecettori retinici chiamati Rgcs (retinal ganglion cells) anch’es=
si
come i coni ed i bastoncelli molto sensibili alla luce. Queste cellule sono
collegate col nucleo sovrachiasmatico individuato da tempo come
l’orologio centrale del cervello, cioè il luogo dove si regola=
il
ciclo giorno/notte. Questo nucleo (così come dimostrato dal lavoro di
Berson) collegato col gruppo di fotorecettori retinici chiamati, come detto,
retinal ganglion cells, coordina la regolazione del ciclo giorno/notte. Si
è scoperto che una sostanza recentemente scoperta, la melanopsina,
presente nelle Rgcs, ha un ruolo importante nel ritmo giorno/notte.
Nel 2003 un gruppo di stu=
diosi
anglo-americani ha pubblicato su “Science” un insieme di lavori
molto interessanti. In questi si riporta che la soppressione del gene della
melanopsina (quindi della sua produzione nella retina) provoca un difetto d=
el
riflesso pupillare alla luce imputabile ad una mancanza di sensibilit&agrav=
e;
da parte delle cellule Rgcs retiniche. Simultaneamente si produce anche un
difetto della funzione circadiana e c’è un’alterazione d=
el
ritmo giorno/notte. Questi dati provano una nuova funzione della retina con
proprietà distinte e separate da quelle del sistema visivo dei coni e
bastoncelli e non aventi niente a che fare con la formazione delle immagini=
.
Un’ipotesi è che nei mammiferi il nucleo sovrachiasmat=
ico
cominci
a funzionare già a livello della vita fetale. Esiste infatti un
sistema unidirezionale di comunicazione tra gli orologi biologici della mad=
re e
del feto. Appena un orologio biologico comincia ad oscillare nel NSC del fe=
to,
segnali circadiani di provenienza materna sincronizzano l’orologio fe=
tale
alla fase del ciclo luce/oscurità.
L’importanza della =
luce
come stimolo esterno in grado di influenzare l’orologio biologico
è dato dal fatto che l’oscillatore principale è
localizzabile nel nucleo soprachiasmatico dell’ipotalamo. Questo nucl=
eo
riceve i segnali luminosi mediante il tratto ipotalamico che lo collega col
sovrastante tratto ottico. I segnali così giunti all’Ipotalamo
modulano il rilascio di Cortisolo e Melatonina. I ritmi del Cortisolo e del=
la
Melatonina sono intimamente correlati col ritmo sonno/veglia. Il ritmo circ=
adiano
di ACTH e Cortisolo dipende dal ritmo circadiano del CRH (ormone liberante =
la
corticotropina) generato nel nucleo soprachiasmatico dell’ipotalamo. =
Questo nucleo dell’=
ipotalamo
anteriore è stimolato dal ritmo luce/oscurità trasmesso da zo=
ne
retiniche non adibite alla visione diretta tramite una proiezione diretta
retino-ipotalamica.
Da quanto illustrato &egr=
ave;
possibile sostenere che il feto e forse l’embrione siano sensibili al=
le
variazioni luminose e che tali variazioni lo inducano ad apprendere un ritmo
biologico che non è solo quello sonno/veglia, ma più generalm=
ente
un bioritmo, come d’altra parte evidenziato da una ricerca francese,
diretta dal Prof. P=
aolo
Sassone–Corsi, dell’Università della
California.
Riteniamo che la sensibilità alla luce nella vita embrionale e fetale
(cioè prima della maturazione della funzione visivo/oculare) debba
essere intesa come sensibilità del nucleo sovrachiasmatico ai biofot=
oni
e più in particolare a quelli emessi dall’attività emat=
ica
nella relazione madre/feto attraverso la placenta ed il cordone ombelicale.
Infatti: “durante lo sviluppo embrionale le cellule gangliari della
retina mandano assoni che formano i nervi ottici. Essi crescono verso lR=
17;ipotalamo
dove girano nel neuroepitelio in direzione medio-posteriore. Di conseguenza=
gli
assoni dai due occhi si incontrano sulla linea mediana, in un regione ventr=
ale
subito anteriormente all’ipofisi. Gli assoni retinici, entrando in qu=
esta
regione, contattano una popolazione di neuroni specializzati e responsabili
della decussazione. In tal modo gli assoni retinici dai due occhi formano il

Recenti ricerche dimostrano che il Nucleo sovrachiasmatico è
selettivamente sensibile alla luce blu, e che tale frequenza luminosa abbia
specifici recettori in grado di determinare i ritmi (circadiani e biologici)
mediante il rilascio di melanopsina, indipendenti dalla funzione visiva.
Ci viene in aiuto il rece=
nte
lavoro sperimentale del Prof. Vladimir Leonidovich Voeikof - Docente presso=
la
Cattedra di Biochimica all’Università di Mosca e Direttore del
Laboratorio di studio dell’Unicità dei Sistemi Biochimici - che
afferma che il corpo umano e tutte le sue cellule emanano un energia lumino=
sa
in grado di aiutare altre cellule in difficoltà. Dice Voeikof: ̶=
0;la
luce è alla base delle strutture viventi, tra queste l’elemento
preso in esame è il sangue umano. Abbiamo scoperto che è
costituito da un campo fortissimo di luce che l’occhio umano non ries=
ce a
captare e che la luminosità del sangue ci consente di rilevare dati
diagnostici unici per ciascun individuo”. E’ stato constatato c=
he
la luce prodotta dal sangue di una persona sana è alquanto intensa,
mentre in una persona malata tale qualità sembra affievolirsi ed ino=
ltre
il flusso presenta intermittenze ed anomalie. Esaminando due campioni di sa=
ngue
- separati soltanto da un vetrino ma vicini tra loro, di cui uno sano e
l’altro infettato da microbi - è stato rilevato che i flussi
luminosi liberatisi dal sangue sano “andavano ad aiutare” il sa=
ngue
malato contenuto nella provetta accanto, trasferendogli energia.
L’esperimento di Vo=
eikof ha
confermato la tesi sostenuta da Pier Luigi Ighina, collaboratore di Gugliel=
mo
Marconi, che, avendo scoperto circa settanta anni fa l’atomo magnetic=
o,
constatò che un corpo sano emette specifiche vibrazioni e, posto acc=
anto
ad un altro, i campi luminosi emessi dagli atomi di quella persona andavano=
ad
avvolgere il campo magnetico (bioradiazione, aura) della persona accanto,
fungendo da “donatori di energia”.
Voeikof afferma che è assolutamente
dimostrata l’influenza dell’ambiente e dello stato psico-emotivo
sulle cellule stesse, sottolineando: “l’uomo è composto =
di
organi facenti parte di una unità globale, mente compresa”. =

Secondo Voeikof l’e=
rrore
dei ricercatori di genetica molecolare consiste nel considerare il DNA ed i
geni come strutture stabili e fisse. La realtà è che si muovo=
no e
vibrano, comportandosi come ogni singola parte del nostro corpo in un moto
perpetuo di pulsazione e luce (ciò sembrerebbe coerente con quanto
ipotizzato, nel campo della biofisica, dalla teoria delle superstringhe).=

“Tutti gli organismi
viventi irradiano un debole ma permanente flusso di luce, la cui
intensità spazia dalla luce visibile all’ultravioletto.
L’emissione di questi biofotoni è correlata a tutte le funzioni
fisiologiche.”
I biofotoni sono delle pa=
rticelle
di luce, portatrici di informazioni, con le stesse caratteristiche di quelle
della luce laser. Secondo il biofisico Prof. Fritz Albert Popp, regolano la
crescita e la rigenerazione delle cellule e controllano tutti i processi
biochimici.
Il primo a teorizzare la =
presenza
di fotoni che venivano prodotti da organismi viventi (biofotoni) fu, nel 19=
22,
il biologo russo Gurwitsch che concluse che dovevano appartenere alla banda=
di
lunghezza d’onda dei raggi ultravioletti.
In Italia il biologo Prot=
ti fece
studi importanti ed originali soprattutto sul sangue e sui tessuti canceros=
i,
riscontrando che l’emissione di biofotoni era direttamente proporzion=
ale
alla vitalità del soggetto, che in presenza di leucemie il sangue av=
eva
emissioni bassissime di biofotoni e che il potere oncolitico (cioè di
combattere le cellule cancerose) del sangue era proporzionale al numero dei fotoni
emessi.
L’introduzione nell=
a fisica
nucleare di un nuovo strumento, il tubo fotomoltiplicatore, permise la prima
conferma rigorosa e sperimentale da parte di un fisico: il Prof. Facchini
dell’Un. Di Milano. In questa direzione si inserisce la originale ric=
erca
di Morpurgo dove, grazie al luminometro, costruito dal dr. Motolese si
dimostrava che anche gli organismi più semplici esistenti i batteri,
emettono biofotoni, e che vi era una stretta relazione fra duplicazione
cellulare ed emissione di biofotoni, confermando un ruolo chiave del DNA in
questo fenomeno emissivo.
Oggi i biofotoni sono ogg=

diverse ricerche in tutto il mondo. Negli Stati Uniti è stato dimost=
rato
che i punti cutanei corrispondenti ai punti di agopuntura emettono pi&ugrav=

Metodologia IFeN=

L’IFeN ha struttura=
to un
lavoro, congiuntamente al Prof. Navarro, sulla base di queste recenti
acquisizioni scientifiche, per ampliare la Vegetoterapia carattero-analitic=
a e
più specificamente il lavoro sull’intrauterino, da un lato, e
dall’altro mettere a punto una diagnostica energetica che integrasse e
completasse la metodologia su di un piano oggettivo.
Lo sviluppo ulteriore del=
nostro
lavoro, così come concordato con Federico Navarro, sarà di
provare ad aumentare l’energia disponibile nella relazione nei sog=
getti
con nucleo psicotico.
Nuovi actings ad azione
sull’intrauterino
Abbiamo pensato e messo a=
punto
uno strumento adatto alla somministrazione di luce blu in Vegetoterapia
carattero-analitica. Si è scelto di utilizzare i LED blu perch&eacut=
e;
hanno la caratteristica di emettere una luce monocromatica; ciò vuol
dire che, scelto il colore desiderato, un LED emetterà una luce
esattamente di quella tinta e di quella frequenza cromatica. Si è sc=
elto
di somministrare la luce blu in forma pulsante rispettando il concetto di
pulsazione espresso da Reich relativo alla pulsazione orgonica, che possiamo
così riassumere: “ Pulsazione - alternarsi ritmico di espansio=
ne e
contrazione. Ogni organo pulsa con la frequenza propria e funziona,
contemporaneamente, per sé stesso e per tutto l’organismo. Dur=
ante
la scarica orgastica tutto l’organismo pulsa in modo sincrono”
(cfr. Gli esperimenti di Reich nella camera orgonica).
Si mettono due LED blu, m=
ontati
su bracci mobili e posti davanti agli occhi del paziente, a palpebre abbass=
ate,
alla distanza focale media per l’occhio umano, circa 25 cm. I due LED
pulsano in modo continuo e dolce grazie all’utilizzo di un dimmer e d=
i un
temporizzatore che consente di determinare la frequenza e la modalità
della pulsazione.
All’interno dell=
217;IFeN
si sta cercando di capire se la frequenza debba essere correlata al battito
cardiaco (circa 60 frequenze al minuto) o alla frequenza respiratoria (12 f=
requenze
al minuto). La risposta a questa domanda sarà possibile darla alla f=
ine
della sperimentazione. Lo strumento può essere anche utilizzato con
l’accensione alternata e dimmerata (effetto dissolvenza/assolvenza) d=
ei
due LED, inviando stimoli luminosi all’occhio Sx ed al Dx
alternativamente. Anche in questo caso è possibile determinare il ri=
tmo
pulsatorio.
“In sincronia col r=
itmo
circadiano vengono regolati molti dei fenomeni che avvengono
nell’organismo quali il ritmo cardiaco, le secrezioni ormonali, la pr=
essione
ematica, l’escrezione renale…In generale, i parametri vitali
tendono a diminuire durante la giornata, raggiungendo i valori più b=
assi
tra l’una e le tre del mattino”.
E’ significativo ch=
e il
picco di vitalità corrisponde al picco positivo della produzione di
melatonina, che corrisponde alla fase REM del sonno.
Da quanto esposto si poss=
ono
trarre le seguenti conclusioni:
- Lavorare sugli occhi senza l’ausilio della
luce è, in Vegetoterapia carattero-analitica, lavorare in
condizioni di minima vitalità.
- Lavorare senza luce significa lavorare con gli
aspetti più intuitivi e meno coscienti.
- La durata di alcuni actings oculari protratta f=
ino
a 25 min. trova la sua ragione nell’imitazione nella durata media
della fase REM, quindi è attraverso la durata che si induce
l’apprezzamento
intuitivo dell’esperienza, così come ci insegnava
Federico Navarro.
- Lavorare con la luce per un tempo variabile tra=
i
15 e 25 min., consente di integrare l’esperienza profonda intuit=
iva
incosciente con il “qui ed ora” e la coscienza.
L’IFeN ha associato=
gli
actings sulle orecchie con la somministrazione della luce blu.
